About the RoleWe're seeking an exceptional engineer who can design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. As a key member of our engineering team, you'll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust software solutions using a range of technologies, including Python, Django, Java, JavaScript, React, Postgres, GRPC, and Kafka
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define and deliver project requirements
- Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to industry standards and best practices
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all code meets Carta's coding standards
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong background in full-stack development
