- Deliver expert customer experiences in emergency situations
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in Spanish and English. Experience in emergency response and/or high-stress environments is preferred. You should also be able to assess and relay information accurately, operate various communication tools, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
