Job Title: Pharmacist Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join our team at Pharmacie Julie Michaud Belzile. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our team members are supported and empowered to deliver high-quality care.

Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our pharmacy team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent patient care.
  • Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and regulatory compliance.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Development: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration among our team members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
