Cashier Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cashier to join our team at Circle K. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, operating a cash register, and processing transactions efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
  • Restock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Process payments, handle cash, and make change as needed
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
