Job Title: Child Care Provider

We are seeking a reliable and caring Child Care Provider to join our team at Private Home SR Family. As a Child Care Provider, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and support to our children in the comfort of their own home.

Responsibilities:
  • Assume full responsibility for the household in the absence of parents, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our children.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties to maintain a clean and organized home.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, preparing and serving nutritious meals for our children.
  • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development, promoting their emotional well-being and self-confidence.
  • Organize activities such as games and outings for children, encouraging their physical and mental growth.
  • Supervise and care for children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
  • Take children to and from school and to appointments, providing reliable transportation and support.
  • Help children with homework, promoting their academic success and development.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in childcare or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability and punctuality in meeting deadlines and commitments.
Work Setting:

Our Child Care Provider will work in the employer's/client's home, providing care and support to our children in a comfortable and familiar environment.

Language:

The primary language spoken in the home is English or French, and the successful candidate must be proficient in one of these languages.Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
