Job Summary

Spectrum Health Care is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering patient-focused, safe, and holistic nursing care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing care to patients in their homes, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Assess, anticipate, and respond to the changing needs of patients, ensuring that their care is based on best practices.
  • Travel within your region to provide care to patients in their homes.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of nursing experience, with a preference for community nursing experience.
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
  • Ability to work independently in the community.
  • Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, with additional languages an asset.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle.
  • Experience with infusion therapy, mental health, palliative care, and wound care.
  • Excellent patient assessment and teaching skills.
