Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Fraser Health Authority. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work with clients to develop and implement personalized plans to improve their occupational performance and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' functional capacity, occupational performance, and environmental supports to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' occupational needs and goals.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide coordinated care and support to clients.
- Provide education and training to clients, families, and healthcare professionals on occupational therapy techniques and strategies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of rehabilitation programs and services to support clients' recovery and reintegration into their communities.
- Current full registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC.
- Two (2) years' recent related experience working in a community mental health and/or substance use setting.
- Valid B.C. Class V Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle for business purposes.
