Job DescriptionWe're looking for an experienced professional with a passion for motorcycle maintenance to join our team. As a key member of our repair department, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customers' vehicles are in top condition.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate and estimate repair costs accurately
- Provide expert guidance and support to apprentices
- Perform routine maintenance and service tasks
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate effectively about work performed
- Conduct thorough tests and adjustments on repaired equipment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in motorcycle maintenance
- Hold valid certifications, such as the Motorcycle Mechanic Trade Certification or Red Seal Certificate
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Demonstrated attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy loads
