We are seeking a skilled Barber to join our team at Symiotics Salon & Barber. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair cutting and styling services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and style hair according to client preferences
- Shampoo and condition hair
- Shave and trim beards and mustaches
- Provide hair treatments such as waving, straightening, and tinting
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour, frost, or streak hair
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
- Suggest hair styles compatible with client physical features and preferences
- Barber Licence
- Hairstylist Licence
- Manual dexterity
- Attention to detail
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking
- Standing for extended periods
- Experience in the field of employment
- Previous experience as a Barber or Hairstylist
- Commission
- Gratuities
- Permanent employment
- 15 to 35 hours per week
- English language
