Service Crane Technician

Fives Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Service Crane Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and proper working order of our cranes. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical systems will be essential in troubleshooting and repairing complex issues. You will also be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, reviewing technical inquiries, and providing excellent customer service. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in electromechanical engineering, excellent mechanical and electrical skills, and at least 3 years of related work experience. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and repair electrical and air components used on cranes
* Perform preventative scheduled maintenance and repairs
* Review technical inquiries and recommend possible solutions
* Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
* Maintain inventory and manage supplies

Requirements:

* Electromechanical Engineering Technician program or equivalent degree
* Electrical Licence such as 442A, Journeyman Electrician or Red seal
* Excellent mechanical and electrical skills
* At least 3 years of related work experience
* Driver license G
* Welding experience, an asset
