Job Title: Associate Specialist, Hospital Materials Management

Are you passionate about improving the quality of healthcare? Do you have a strong interest in Hospital Materials Management? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Professional Services team at Tecsys, a fast-growing innovator offering supply chain solutions to industry leading healthcare systems, hospitals, and pharmacy businesses.

About the Role:

As an Implementation and Business Process-focused Associate in our Professional Services department, you will drive the data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution, collaborating with the project team to identify customer needs and define business processes. You will build an on-site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of the Tecsys software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution

  • Develop strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent
  • ~2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience working at a consulting or software company or ~2+ years of being a product/solution specialist with direct software implementation experience working on the customer side
  • Fundamental understanding of Accounting and General Ledger journal entry and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of hospital in-patient pharmacy operations
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
  • Strong proficiency in French in both written and verbal communication
