7 Star Kitchen Cabinets Ltd. is seeking a skilled Machinist to join our team. As a Machinist, you will be responsible for operating various machinery and equipment to manufacture high-quality cabinets and furniture.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate engine lathes, milling machines, and surface grinders to precision-cut wood and metal components.
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers, callipers, and calibre to ensure accurate measurements and quality control.
- Assemble and install cabinets and furniture using various materials and techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet production deadlines and quality standards.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or woodworking environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Ability to work overtime as required.
- Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
