About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Venetian blind installer to join our team at Delta Shutters Inc. as a key member of our installation team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated products, including Venetian blinds, with precision and attention to detail.
  • Work Planning and Preparation: Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements, and prepare and maintain work materials and supplies.
  • Client Focus: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction with our installation services.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a fast-paced environment, with physically demanding tasks, requiring attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, attention to detail, and repetitive tasks.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, accuracy, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and reliability.
Work Environment

Our team works in various locations, installing and repairing exterior and interior prefabricated products, including Venetian blinds.
