Chief Painter and Finisher

We are the largest Canadian manufacturer of high-end custom cabinets in North America, looking for a skilled Cabinet Painter with expertise in the woodworking industry to join our team.

The successful candidate will contribute to the success of the company by assuming the following responsibilities:

• Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using spray gun
• Meet all quality, productivity, and scheduling requirements in a safe and timely manner
• Ensure all components are defect free and meet quality standards
• Report production issues and assist with resolutions as required
• Maintain proper settings for best finishing results
• Proper maintenance and clean spray applicator
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Support other functions as assigned

The ideal candidate will have cabinetry or woodworking knowledge and experience, be health and safety conscious, quality focused, and have a strong understanding of our company culture.
