Job Description
As a Clinical Excellence Specialist at Bayshore HealthCare, you will utilize your clinical expertise to ensure our clients receive the highest quality nursing care, tailored to their unique needs and preferences. Delivered with empathy, excellence, and reliability, our care prioritizes the comfort and safety of our clients in their own care setting.
You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of our clients. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to build meaningful relationships with patients and their families will be essential in providing compassionate and reliable care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A graduate degree from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
- Current registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
- Valid CPR certification
- A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
