We are currently hiring for a Team Lead position at Sadiq Holdings Inc./Burger King. This role is responsible for supervising and managing a team of food service counter attendants and kitchen helpers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Management: Supervise and manage the shift of 8-10 team members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Scheduling: Establish work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and order ingredients to maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Quality Control: Ensure high-quality food service and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastages, and prepare and submit reports as required.
  • Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and other essential skills, and hire local staff as needed.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer complaints and address employee concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Operational Efficiency: Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Physical Demands: Perform a combination of walking, standing, and sitting, and enter sales activities and other data into files, registers, and computers.

Benefits:

We offer attractive wages of $17.00 to $19.00 per hour for a minimum of 40 hours a week, providing a competitive compensation package for this key role.
