About the Role

We are offering a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. As a Mill Carpenter, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to woodwork and mill operations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
  • Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Instructing apprentices and ensuring they receive proper training.
  • Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.

The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
