We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Farm Lead to join our team at Windyview Acres. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $75,000 per year.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily farm operations and ensuring the smooth execution of tasks. You will supervise a team of 11-15 people and provide guidance and support as needed.

As an Agricultural Farm Lead, you will also be responsible for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to best practices in agricultural crop service, and addressing any issues that may arise.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in agriculture, preferably in a supervisory role, and possess strong leadership and communication skills.
