About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Plumber - Home Comfort Specialist to join our team at Reliance Home Comfort. As a key member of our plumbing services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of work quality in residential plumbing services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general residential plumbing services to customers, including installation, maintenance, and repair of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment.
- Represent Reliance Home Comfort in a professional, courteous, and customer service-oriented manner on each and every call.
- Diagnose problems, accurately estimate repair costs, and complete repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, maintain, and repair all types of piping systems, fixtures, and equipment used to distribute, supply, or dispose of water or wastewater.
- Set priorities and work assignments to meet established deadlines.
- Perform diagnostics, repair, maintain, service, and install equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to all safety rules and procedures and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Correctly instruct customers on proper care and maintenance.
- Explain the value of Reliance Home Comfort's plumbing products, services, and programs on every call.
- Perform other duties as required by supervisor or designate.

Requirements

- Journeyman License/Certified Plumber – Mandatory.
- 3+ years' experience in the Plumbing field.
- Must have a valid Class 5 Driver's license with a clean driver's abstract.
- Must be physically capable of performing all work required of this position.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding customer service with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
