Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Vancouver Coastal Health. The successful candidate will work with clients and families to assess, plan, coordinate, organize, implement, evaluate, and transition occupational therapy and other services.

About This Role
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients, including adults with acute episodic and chronic disease populations. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that clients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Key Responsibilities
- Assess clients' needs and develop individualized care plans
- Coordinate and implement occupational therapy services, including assessment, treatment, and education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
- Registration with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (CHCPBC)
- Experience working with clients with complex rehabilitation needs
