This role is responsible for processing and managing customers' orders, ensuring accurate and efficient fulfillment, and providing a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage order cycles accurately and efficiently;
  • Collaborate with Operations and Logistics teams to meet customer requirements and maintain fill rates;
  • Utilize inventory management systems to determine order requirements;
  • Manage backorders and resolve customer issues;
  • Upsell existing stock to minimize waste and sell surplus product to customer replenishment teams;
  • Perform order entry and claims management for assigned accounts;
  • Develop and maintain business relationships with customers and sales teams;
  • Provide data to sales teams, including pricing, order status, and delivery information;
  • Support colleagues during vacation relief and other absences.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years' experience in customer service or sales within the manufacturing industry;
  • Experience with ERP or CSB systems is an asset;
  • Excellent communication, data collection, and analytical skills;
  • Proven ability to achieve challenging goals and objectives;
  • Proactive and able to work independently;
  • Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively;
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
