- Price and Credit Policies: Develop and implement price and credit policies that align with the company's overall strategy.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our products and services and drive sales.
- Budget Planning and Monitoring: Plan and monitor budgets, including revenues and expenses, to ensure that the store is operating within its financial targets.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to meet the needs of the store and ensure that we have the right people in the right roles.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues that may arise, including customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
- Office and Volunteer Staff Supervision: Supervise office and volunteer staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
- Operational Planning and Control: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the day-to-day operations of the store to ensure that we are meeting our goals and objectives.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.

- Language: English is the primary language of communication in this role.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
