We are seeking a qualified Elementary Teacher to join our team at the Upper Canada District School Board. This is a permanent position with a 1.0 FTE and will involve teaching English Language Arts to students in Grades 4-5.
Key Responsibilities- Teach English Language Arts to students in Grades 4-5
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the needs of all students
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- Communicate with parents and guardians to ensure student success
- Must have an Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) certification in good standing
- Required qualifications in Junior English
- Qualifications in Special Education are considered an asset
