Executive Director Role:
This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can build and maintain strong relationships with donors, community organizations, and regional stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our strategic plan, leading fund development activities, and managing day-to-day operations.
Required Skills:
- Leadership experience in non-profit management, philanthropy, or related fields
- Fund development and donor relations expertise
- Strong financial management and budgeting capabilities
- Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
