Job Description

This is a casual position with varied schedules, including days, evenings, and Saturdays. You will be responsible for performing cleaning and general maintenance tasks, as well as conducting daily security and safety checks. You must be able to work independently and have the ability to perform physically strenuous work.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Some secondary school education where the ability to read and write has been developed
  • One year of related work experience
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical systems
  • Knowledge of the Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and its regulations
  • Ability to work independently, performing physically strenuous work
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a salary of $20.70 per hour, plus 4% in lieu of vacation. Other benefits include access to a comprehensive health and dental plan, a defined benefit pension plan, and paid time off.

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately $43,369, based on a 40-hour workweek and 52 weeks per year.
