About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Fox Creek Esso. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and promoting our products to meet customer needs.

  • Customer Service

Provide advice about merchandise to customers, ensuring they find the right products to meet their needs.

Sales

Achieve sales targets by offering personalized product recommendations and promotions.

Maintenance

Ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and display.

Record Keeping

Accurately record sales and maintain up-to-date inventory records.

Teamwork

Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods

Work Environment
