Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketing Representative to promote our services through door-to-door interactions. The ideal candidate will engage with potential customers, provide information about our services, and answer any questions they may have.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door marketing campaigns to promote Advantage Flooring & Painting services.

Engage with potential customers, provide information about our services, and answer any questions they may have.

Distribute marketing materials such as flyers and brochures.

Collect contact information and set appointments for follow-up by our sales team.

Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the company.

Report daily on the number of doors knocked, interactions, and leads generated.

Provide feedback on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers.

Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods.

Previous experience in field marketing or sales is a plus but not required.
