About the Role

We are seeking a diligent Janitorial Specialist to join our team at Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre. As a key member of our housekeeping staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub and wax hallways, floors and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls and ceilings
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have no degree, certificate or diploma but be willing to learn on the job.

Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is $35,000-$45,000 based on industry standards in Alberta, Canada. This is a competitive salary considering the responsibilities and requirements of the position.
