Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Snack Shack, Chester's Chicken. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our sales staff, including assigning duties, providing guidance, and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain our inventory, ensuring that we have the right products in stock to meet customer demand.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer requests, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing cash handling, maintaining store appearance, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to our sales staff, including diversity and cross-cultural training, to create a welcoming work environment for all employees.
Requirements:
- College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail store environment
- Permanent position with 30 to 40 hours per week
- English language proficiency
