We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Advisor. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively engage with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions
- Work closely with clients to identify opportunities for advice, solutions, and digital enablement
- Contribute to team results by listening and spotting opportunities to offer additional advice or introduce clients to RBC partners
- Manage risks by adhering to compliance routines, processes, and controls to protect client and shareholder interests
- Goal-oriented individual with a demonstrated passion for putting clients first
- Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Digital literacy across a broad range of devices
