As a Senior Advisor, Electric, you'll function in a leadership capacity, providing advice and recommendations to Board Members and Board Counsel on electric utility matters.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing rate applications, creating new electricity rates or amending existing ones, and assessing justification, prudency, and impact on ratepayers. You'll also assist with oversight of the Independent Energy System Operator (IESO) function, wholesale market rules, and related electricity market activities.

We're seeking a professional with a strong understanding of electric utility economics, operations, planning, engineering, and financial analysis. You should have extensive knowledge of load forecasting, energy efficiency measures, integrated resource planning, reliability analysis, and the fuel adjustment mechanism (FAM).
