Job Title: Estimator - Construction Industry

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at B.C. LTD. As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing estimates of labour and/or material costs for construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare detailed estimates of labour and material costs for construction projects
  • Develop and maintain relationships with engineers, architects, owners, contractors, and subcontractors
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications
  • Prepare and submit estimate reports, quote sheets, and bid forms
  • Monitor and adjust contract expenditures
  • Liaise with project teams to ensure accurate cost estimates
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in estimating or a related field
  • College/CEGEP diploma in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
