We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Specialist to join our team at Top Ten Cleaning Ltd. as a Janitorial Services Technician.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment in various locations. This includes sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and waxing hallways, floors, and stairs, as well as operating industrial vacuum cleaners to remove debris and waste.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Perform routine maintenance jobs such as painting and drywall repair
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in various locations, including all weather conditions. The job requires physical demands, including repetitive tasks, handling heavy loads, and bending, crouching, and kneeling.
