In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with our retail operations and business leadership to design and implement learning solutions that enhance sales performance and support the achievement of strategic goals. As a trusted advisor, you will form strategic partnerships to develop curriculum and facilitate specialized learning on BlueShore's differentiated client experience.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in financial planning/sales development and some experience in learning/training/coaching. Your expertise will enable you to assess and identify learning & development needs, recommend solutions to meet branch, department, or individual learning objectives related to sales skill development, financial planning, client service, and/or the delivery of financial advice.

  • You will research, design, implement, facilitate, and evaluate specialized programs that support future talent requirements and our approach to building intentional client relationships.
  • You will develop and deliver traditional and digital training programs, instructional material, and evaluation tools related to sales coaching, sales training, and/or practice management.
  • You will provide support to Advisory Sales Team members on the delivery of advice and Financial Planning, including coaching, mentoring, and instruction on building and nurturing intentional client relationships across all aspects of the sales cycle.
