This role involves working closely with the Affiliate Director to identify the needs of youth in the communities of Peace Country and developing strategies to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and prioritize the needs of youth in the community.
  • Develop and implement programs and faith-based activities to meet the identified needs.
  • Work collaboratively with area Youth Workers, Youth Ministries, and other like-minded partners to achieve evangelism and outreach goals.
  • Build relationships with principals, teachers, and resource agencies in the area to support the development of youth.
Requirements
  • Commitment to serving today's youth.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and plan effectively.
