Nanak Wireless Distribution Inc. is seeking a skilled Cellular Network Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing telecommunications equipment, including cellular networks and associated hardware.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telephone systems, telecommunication systems, and computerized testing systems. You will be responsible for diagnosing and locating equipment faults, adjusting, replacing, or repairing telecommunications equipment, and analyzing test results to determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble.

Additionally, you will be responsible for installing cable modems and software to enable Internet access, operating computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment, and initiating the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair telecommunications equipment, including cellular networks and associated hardware
  • Diagnose and locate equipment faults, and adjust, replace, or repair telecommunications equipment
  • Analyze test results to determine the nature, cause, and location of trouble
  • Install cable modems and software to enable Internet access
  • Operate computerized testing systems to conduct service tests on customer lines and equipment
  • Initiate the dispatch of appropriate repair personnel

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Permanent employment
  • 32 to 35 hours per week
  • English language
