Property and Casualty Broker

We are seeking a seasoned Property and Casualty Broker to join our Mid-Market Business Development team at NFP Corp.

This role will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the mid-market segment. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as a deep understanding of the property and casualty insurance market.

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the mid-market segment
• Collaborate with account management teams to develop coverage strategies and marketing initiatives
• Negotiate with insurance carriers to secure favorable terms and conditions
• Prepare and present proposals to clients and carriers
• Maintain accurate client and policy information in NFP's Epic agency management system

• Proven track record of success in property and casualty brokerage or related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Deep understanding of property and casualty insurance market
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Provincial P&C License required

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a generous benefits package, including health care spending account, reimbursement of license fees, and professional membership dues.
