Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook pizzas, salads, and other menu items to order, ensuring that all dishes are presented to a high standard.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff and servers to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
  • Food Safety and Hygiene: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Certifications: Safe Food Handling certificate is an asset.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
Work Environment

The Za Spot is a fast-paced and dynamic restaurant environment. As a Pizza Maker, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods, handling heavy loads and working under pressure.
