Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at McDonald's Restaurant.
Job Summary:The Shift Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Train Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, ensuring that all necessary items are available.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues promptly.
- Record Keeping: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, ensuring that all necessary data is accurately recorded.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, providing management with accurate and timely information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Setting: Fast food outlet or concession, restaurant.
- Security and Safety: Bondable.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, physically demanding.
- Personal Suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, team player.
