Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Management Associate to join our dynamic team at RBC Dominion Securities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and wants to be part of a leading wealth management firm in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the advisory team in deepening relationships with existing clients through ongoing support and efficient communication.
  • Update client information in the team's contact management system, maintaining accurate records of client details, interactions, meeting notes, and identified opportunities for follow-up.
  • Coordinate meetings and events for advisors with clients and prospects, helping to establish meeting agendas, assemble documents, key notes, and discussion points.
  • Provide proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and attention to detail, liaising with various departments as needed.
  • Assist the advisory team with client onboarding and respond to general client inquiries.
Requirements
  • Candidates must have completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH).
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills are essential.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills are required.
  • Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service are necessary, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
