We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Receptionist to join our team at Gill Immigration Services. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth experience for all.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing: Greet people and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Information Provision: Provide basic information to clients and the public, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Administrative Support: Order office supplies, record and relay information, schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, receive and issue payments, and answer telephone calls and messages.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel and Word, and able to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail, sitting for extended periods.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent oral and written communication skills, organized, reliable, and strong time management skills.
- Workplace Information: Hybrid work arrangement, permanent position, 32-40 hours per week, and English as the primary work language.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Hindi and Punjabi languages
