We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Domestic Caregiver to join our team at Sharief Residence. As a Domestic Caregiver, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our home. Your duties will include sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, dusting furniture, and vacuuming carpets and upholstered furniture. You will also be responsible for making beds, changing sheets, and laundering clothing and household linens. Additionally, you will be required to clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. If you are a hardworking and reliable individual who is able to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this position.

Work Site Environment

Our home is a non-smoking environment. Public transportation is available for those who need it.

Work Setting

You will be working in our private residence, which is located in a quiet neighborhood. The work setting is comfortable and clean, with all necessary equipment and supplies provided.

Tasks
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Shop for food and household supplies
Transportation/Travel Information

Public transportation is available for those who need it.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This position requires the ability to work independently, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will also be required to bend, crouch, and kneel on a regular basis.
