As an Evidence Generation Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and implementation of evidence generation programs within our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in life sciences or a related field, with 3-5 years of industry experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, research, CRO, or similar environments. Proven leadership skills, scientific thought leadership, and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential for success in this dynamic role.

You will be responsible for providing technical, operational, and program management expertise in the development and implementation of evidence generation programs. This will involve collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Regulatory leads to provide designing, conceptualizing, operational planning, risk management, and resource planning expertise at evidence generation program level.

A key aspect of this role is building and maintaining an internal and external network of subject matter experts to support the setup and execution of evidence generation programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring risk mitigation, contingency plans are developed and implemented as appropriate by Evidence Generation Program Leads.

In addition, you will work closely with the EPL Team to establish links and communication channels with all relevant partners involved in clinical research-related activities. Your role will also involve sharing technical knowledge and providing input into core documents and responding to program-related questions.

Furthermore, you will ensure publication plans are properly developed and implemented by the EPLs in collaboration with activity owners within timelines and budget. You will also ensure HCC, pharmacovigilance, and legal requirements are fully understood, appropriately handled, and followed when planning projects, developing materials, implementing projects, and contracting vendors.

Finally, you will collaborate with finance to run budget planning, tracking, and reporting in accordance with finance reporting cycles. Coordinate evidence generation budget reviews with activity owners, functional leads, and finance partners following each budget update cycle.
