Responsibilities:
  • Spearhead strategic direction across social and influencer campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives and agency vision.
  • Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects.
  • Deliver top-tier Account Management services tailored to each client, prioritizing clear communication and transparency.
  • Maintain meticulous tracking and provision of campaign updates at every stage of engagement.
  • Foster seamless collaboration with Center of Excellence teams to realize flawless execution of client scopes.
  • Collaborate closely with COE teams to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the social and influencer landscape.
  • Assume ownership of post-procurement influencer management and nurture enduring partnerships.
  • Engage directly with influencers to co-create compelling content that authentically represents brand narratives.
  • Effectively work within account budget parameters.
  • Maintain strong relationships with brands across various verticals.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • At least 5-6 years of experience in client-facing digital, social, PR or influencer role.
  • Deep experience with influencer engagement across paid and earned channels.
  • Strong understanding of the influencer and social media landscape.
  • Ability to manage a vast volume of influencers and multifaceted projects.
  • Proven record of being adaptable to a fast-paced and forward-thinking environment.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with experience managing multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Salary Range:

$90,000 - $120,000 per annum based on location and experience
