We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Coordinator to join our team at RJM Tax & Accounting Services Inc. This role will involve providing exceptional financial services to our clients, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
Responsibilities:- Identify client goals and objectives
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Analyze financial records
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare financial statements and reports
- Develop financial plans for clients
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or finance
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year
