About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Construction Laborer to join our team at Enclave Contracting Ltd. as a Construction Worker Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting our construction team with various tasks, including loading and unloading construction materials, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading construction materials, such as concrete and asphalt, from trucks and equipment.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and lubricate cranes, and perform routine maintenance work on equipment and tools.
  • Site Preparation: Assist in preparing construction sites by removing rubble and debris, and setting up scaffolding and barricades.
  • Assisting the Construction Team: Assist the construction team with tasks such as mixing and pouring concrete, and assisting in framing houses and erecting walls.
  • Environmental Responsibilities: This is a green job that involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Will train on the job.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
