Medical-Legal Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced legal professional with a strong background in securities, corporate commercial law, and mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a deep understanding of securities laws, including SOX Compliance and cross-border public financing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing support to the Office of the Corporate Secretary for various corporate governance matters
  • Supporting the company's Treasury, Pension, Financial Reporting, and Sustainability teams
  • Ensuring compliance with securities laws and regulations
