We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Beneficiary Attendant to join our team at COGIR Immobilier. This role involves providing care and support to residents in a senior's home setting.

Responsibilities include:

  • Administering medication according to safety principles and codes of ethics
  • Assisting and accompanying residents with mobility needs
  • Reporting any noticeable changes in a resident's mental or physical health to the on-call nurse
  • Contributing to the adjustment of a resident's action plan based on observations
  • Providing proactive support and assistance to residents
  • Adhering to standards and regulations in accordance with private seniors' home certification and employer policies
  • Collaborating with different teams to provide health and hygienic care while maintaining resident dignity and integrity
  • Responding to emergency situations and answering call bells
