Retail Store Manager

Uconnect Wireless is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary tools and resources to provide excellent customer service.
- Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers, meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and minimize waste.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance targets.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant work experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Outlook.
Our retail store is located in a busy shopping district, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking required.
