Unity Game Development Lead

We are seeking a visionary leader to shape the intersection of creative marketing and Unity game development. As a Unity Game Development Lead, you will play a pivotal role in transforming and enhancing gameplay experiences, making our games as attractive as possible for impactful advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in Creative Marketing Unity Game Development, overseeing the holistic vision and execution of Unity-based projects.
  • Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams, including designers, artists, and User Acquisition (UA) specialists, to bring creative concepts to life within the Unity environment.
  • Lead the implementation of gamification elements to elevate user engagement, creating memorable brand experiences within Unity applications.
  • Oversee the assurance of performance, quality, and responsiveness of Unity applications, maintaining consistently high standards of excellence.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of comprehensive technical documentation for Unity-based projects, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in Unity development with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive projects.
  • Proficiency in the C# programming language is a plus.
  • Remote work environment.
